Stage 1

Name: Recruiting Heroes

Participants: Cao Cao (曹操), Two guides (A&B) and Foreign students

Act 1

Scene (1) Cao Cao recruiting new bloods

Location: Cao Cao’s tent

Cao Cao: I am singing with my wine, how long can our mortal lives last? It is as short as the dew in the morning. There are just too many grieve than joy. Alas, tell me what should I do to overcome this deep sorrow in my heart? Perhaps the only way is to drink more wine.

Guide A: Sir, what is wrong with you? I thought you were the mighty Cao Cao who can do whatever you like? What makes you like this?

Cao Cao: You know why I was called the mighty Cao Cao, it is because of my ability to recruit the best heroes in the world? But now I found it very hard even just to get one person to help me. Act 3

Scene (2) Chung Liao’s strategy of barn destroying

Location: The river side.

Guide B: What’s the plan, sir?

Chung Liao: You have to secretly steal in Yuan’s barrack where they store all food in a barn.
